PLEASE NOTE: If you already have a library card, or you have a card that has expired, you are already registered. Do not register. Instead, please call or visit your library, or go to http://cinlibraries.org/ticket/ and file a ticket to give us your updated information so we can renew your exisitng card or assist you with your existing account.
